So you are interested in a boudoir session, but the big question hits...what should you wear?
This is the great thing about a boudoir session. This is about YOU!
There is no right or wrong answer here when it comes to outfits for your session. It's about what you feel good in, and what makes you feel beautiful and sexy. Sure, if this is also a gift for a significant other, you can throw a shirt or a special outfit in your session for them, but ultimately this is about what you want to wear.
First, think about how much skin you want to show.
Are you more conservative and would rather just show legs, a little cleavage, and your arms? Then stick to bodysuits, t-shirts, one-piece teddy, and corsets/bustiers.
Are you comfortable showing off everything? Bra and panty sets, along with all of the other options, would be a great option!
Second, think about colors.
Stick with neutral and dark colors, and avoid the loud, bright colors. If you want to show off a bright color bra set, then we can "tone it down" with a jacket or a blanket. *Example of this will be below*
The best colors for a boudoir session are going to be black (probably the most common color), dark reds/maroons, dark green, dark blue, and ivory. Avoid pure white (unless it's for a bridal boudoir session), and opt for the ivory or off-white outfits.
Then, think about your style.
If you are going for more of a classic, simple look - stay with a simple lace body-suit, or teddy, and maybe a white t-shirt with cute undies. Want to take it up a notch? Garter belts and thigh highs are a fun way to add a little sexy to your images.

Outfits that involve every-day clothing can be fun, and still sexy! Add a favorite jersey, band t-shirt, or favorite bra to give it even more personality.
Bodysuits are one-piece garments that are a big trend right now. They are usually worn with pants or shorts, and tend to be more simple and conservative than a teddy. These are easy to find, more common than a teddy or other lingerie outfits.
Corset / Bustiers
The main difference between a teddy and a bodysuit is that a teddy tends to me more sheer and a bit more sexy. These are great options to still hide the mid-section (which is the most common problem area I am told about), but still giving a bit of sexy with the sheer and added lace details.
